01 / GET CONNECTED

Three steps. We’re with you.

  1. 1

    Choose your download

Use the highlighted option, or choose the computer you’re setting up. Extract the ZIP after downloading.

  2. 2

    Open the installer

On Windows, open Install.cmd. On Mac, open Install.command. On Linux, open a terminal in the extracted folder and run bash Install.sh.

  3. 3

    Connect automatically

Approve administrator access when prompted. Setup creates a secure connection for this computer automatically — no support code or account needed.

My Mac says it can’t open the installer.

The download is a shell script, not a signed Mac app. If macOS blocks it, open Terminal in the extracted folder and run bash Install.command. Only continue if you downloaded it from this page and arranged support with us. A working Python 3 installation is required.

What does the Linux installer support?

A Linux computer with systemd, Python 3, curl, and the OpenSSH client. On Debian, Ubuntu and Fedora, setup installs the OpenSSH server if needed. It creates a dedicated support service and works on ordinary Linux PCs as well as compatible devices. Android, ChromeOS and distributions without systemd are not supported.
